3. What happens when you use a WhatsApp-based form

Our website’s enquiry forms are designed to open WhatsApp with a draft message based on the details you enter. The form itself does not submit or store those entries on the ANNA360 -Dev website server.

The process works as follows:

1. You enter information into the form on your device.
2. Your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message for your review.
3. You decide whether to edit, abandon, or send that message.
4. ANNA360 -Dev receives the information only if you choose to send the WhatsApp message.

Do not send passwords, card or banking details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through a WhatsApp enquiry form, WhatsApp message, email, or phone message unless we specifically request an appropriate method for a necessary project purpose.

• Unsent WhatsApp-form entries: these are not sent to or stored by ANNA360 -Dev through the website form. They remain within the visitor’s device and the selected messaging flow until the visitor decides what to do with them.
• WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone-enquiry details: kept while needed to respond, assess an enquiry, prepare a proposal, continue a relevant conversation, or maintain an appropriate record. If no further action is needed, we will review the information for deletion or anonymisation when it is no longer required.
• Proposal, project, and service records: kept for the duration of the relevant business relationship and afterward only as needed for administration, legal, accounting, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Hosting logs: managed under the hosting environment’s operational retention practices. ANNA360 -Dev does not use them for visitor profiling or behavioural advertising.

When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it, or securely restrict it, subject to the limitations of third-party communication platforms and any lawful retention requirement.
